Had a bowl of Quiet Nights in a Willmer earlier with a tall glass of Crown and 7. Spent the afternoon power washing some of the concrete around the house and felt I deserved an "adult" beverage. Now drinking iced tea...........

Last bowl of Pouch Magic in my Royalton(reserved for EO, but this version of the pouch has Devil's Holiday, so I figured no harm could be done)
Some Fusiliers' drying. This blend has really grabbed me by the lapels and dragged me back to Latakia- Land.

Holy Cow ! I just realized that I haven't smoked a pipe All Month ! ;-) After spending the week in Baltimore, York & Philly, and all points in between, I'm finally home and up in my comfy chair, sippin a nice glass of bourbon n water & smoking my first pipe of the month. Tonights first smoke is Carter Hall. Why CH, you may ask? Because it's my tobacco of choice when breaking in a new pipe. Oh, so what's the new pipe, you're now wonderin? My LMS (Lady Margaret Special) of course ! Maggie was thoughtful enough to present me with this last month at the TAPS pipe show in Raleigh, and I'm finally taking time to enjoy it. Thanks Mags, it smokes great !
