I've been off a few days..My 2 year old HP all in one(no tower) computer went down.We finally Got it half arse running, but I think it's on life support. At least I can get here..For Now..I'm trying to nurse it along for as long as I can but I'm getting pretty frustrated with it.I talked to a fella I know who runs a computer service company in Texas. He told me to trash it.When I do replace it I'm going back to one with a tower.Any way it's good to be back in the patch among you old codgers.

Larry good to see you still punching buttons.Wish I was closer,I've 6 towers and pieces in the back room.My son and I like to build our own systems.Mine is almost ten years old, one of IBM first 3gh models.Nursed it along and have windows 10.

I had a HP all in one and it only lasted a year, the guy at Best Buy told me they are not a good fit if you use more than an hour a day!

I'm not a mac fanboy, but I switched up to a mac a couple of years ago and now everything is seamless. I rarely switch it off and it never slows down.
It is true what they say, once you go mac you never go back.
So, while I'm not going to slag off pcs, I've gotta say I'm truly amazed at the difference.

I haven't played with a Mac in 25 years.I've always liked the IBM clones.Being able to upgrade video and sound as well as custom cases makes them more "personal" to me.On the other hand Mac had a Golf game I liked and haven't been able to replace.
