Yo jo
I met Scottie for the first time last week at the PreShow in Chicago. I admired her work and told her she had a lot of fans at my pipe clubs. She also shared my table with Manduela and Tom Wolfe during the Slow Smoke. She is delightful people and doesn't fit any stereotypes. No doubt she is still recovering from the big show. After Chicago, doing the Internet thang must seem pretty tame now.

I was emailing with Scottie yesterday. I let her know that she is missed.
With having just finished up her first Chicago show, pipe making and herding 3 little ones around the house... she is a busy bee. That being said, she is well and will try and pop in to let everyone know she is alive and well.

Hi Guys!!!!
My apologiies for my absence. Things have been really crazy the past few months getting ready for Chicago. And now it's time to start getting ready for KC!!.
It was great meeting some of you at the Chicago show! And I am already looking forward to next year.
I still have the table pipe in my pocket and hope to work on it soon. I would love to have it ready for KC, but my contest pipe has to take prioirty.
I'll try to stop in more often and contribute a bit more.
Scottie
