Thirty one years ago today I decided to exit the hell that I was living in and today I am thankful for all the happiness that I have in my life. I never dreamed I would be clean... married... a dad... Many thanks to all that have been there for me during the worst part of my life and many more thanks to all that are part of my life now..  |

At a critical juncture in life, you chose a direction and made a positive move for your future.
My father did the opposite, and although we never heard of PTSD back then, coupled with hard core drinking was pretty disastrous.... my dad’s hell was everyone’s hell.
I see a lot of people on the streets that have a really hard look to them and often wonder why and how they got where they were at.... when they came into the world, someone had high hopes for them.
As I said earlier, well done Mike.
