Prices for the 3.5oz (100g) tin are better than Iwan Ries & Co., and is why I wanted to wait for SP to get them in stock. In speaking with their customer service folks on Monday for a status, they indicated that their HH Burley Kake shipment was in the warehouse, but they needed to SKU it, label it for the online shop, and then were going to perform an email blast to their members first. They thought this would be done on Thursday or Friday. I kiddingly told them they should get this out on Wednesday morning and thanked them once again for a timely status. Who knew they'd listen I did pick-up a 1# box and several 100g tin's for the fun of it though

I wrote them last week and told them to fire that mug: Truett Smith, as his persuasive pipe prose contributed to me buying 2 pipes!

I'll have to keep a sharp lookout for the subliminal writings of Mr. Smith

I would put in for a one time alert on the pound bag, but someone in their organization monkeyed with my account and disabled me from being able to use that feature.... I can click on an item, and it shows in my wish list, but I never get an alert. They did send a nicely worded “It sucks to be you” letter though...I think they need to hire more capable people on the IT side of the operation.

Funny that it just came out and they're already describing it as a "classic".

Here is the email: Not a work email address...I have used Juno for everything but my personal emails from family and friends...never had an issue with anyone else...a quick Google search and this guy would have found out that Juno isn't a work email. That same email account has all the correspondences from "we received your order", "your package has shipped" and any emails that I send...it would be nice if they rid themselves of mailchump.

@sp: All gone . .Zip. . . Nada . . . . for the time being, anyway.
* Have to wonder if the McClelland shock contributed to the rush.

Same here. I have tried numerous times for over a year to get subscribed to the Smoking Pipes newsletter list. I finally gave up. Whenever I log in to my account, I am met with this statement: Newsletter : Not Subscribed
That's that.
