I have a 50 gram tin of McClellands blending perique...Over 10 years old. Would like to make a nice strong Va/Per. Any particular Virginia that would meld nicely with it? Ratio of Virginia to perique? Wish I had saved some 5100.

Do you prefer the more acidic "tanginess" of a Red or the more grassy / hay "citrus" of Brightleaf?
