The subject of astronauts and space stations has been brought in a some what comical way..This is a serious post about that subject..Alan Bean has died at the age of 86..In 1969 he was the 4th man to ever walk on the moon..In 1973 he commanded a crew on the Skylab space station..A good family man who served his country well..May he rest in peace.
