Very good article..Thanks for posting it..The old time farmers who grew it here in Carolina just called it Bright.I didn't here it called Virginia until I started smoking a pipe.

Nicotine content like that, they were some hearty smokers!... makes sense why most all of the stone pipes are on the small size... Bradley sized bowls would probably be like going head to head with a buffalo.
Great article, his tobacco suggestions are some great smokes.
