Sir Reginald Bellie-Fluffe, also known as 'The Brown Bearon', says:
"Grab your pipe whenever you need 'er and fill 'er up with Squadron Leader"
The pipe in this case, is a Kriswill no 548, 'Danish Clipper'.
stealing for my scrapbook! also, wanting to smoke my first bowl of amphora original for June BOM, but the weather is not cooperating Both Reggie and I are very honoured, M'Lady. The heat and humidity here, are getting to me. The tobacco doesn't taste quite right, so I'm smoking out of sheer duty.

2d bowl of SG 1792 Flake, room temp sweet white zinfandel, X-Files...
Note about 1792 Flake: Production and quality control has been consistent over the years; flavor and tobacco always top notch, same from batch-to-batch year-over-year. Means a lot given the changes and losses taking place in the tobacco industry. Cheers to Samuel Gawith and Gawith and Hogarth for not compromising. Dependability goes a long way with me.

I got a tin of Mac Virginia No. 1 in the mail today and thought I'd take if for a spin. Smoking it in my MM Apple Diplomat with a Forever Stem. Very nice. I think I am starting to turn into a VA/Vaper guy. I like the sweet hay flavor, the subtle citrus, and the the cinnamon spice that I taste in this one. It is a beautiful, breezy, evening in Lower Alabama. I spent some time in the pool with the dog and now am kicking back watching my Detroit Tigers and relaxing on the deck. Happy June, all!

Whew! sorry to hear that, Stan! It was low 80's here with a heat index a few degrees above that, humid. it's cooling off a bit.
I got half a dozen draws off my Amphora Original while the repairman was working on our AC. We are cooling off as a I type. Hurray!
Will get back to the Amphora a little later. Barely even tasted it, lol. (The repairman took only 10 minutes)
