Couldn't sleep, so I'm a quarter of the way through this bowl of Amphora Virginia in a 2015 Basil Meadows black sandblasted billiard with an aluminum band and a pearl red acrylic stem. Watching The Adventures of Superman. Batman is next.

I find I have to pick the right pipe for it. You have that experience? Love the blend just the same. Honestly Jim. This is only the second time I've smoked it. Yes, it's been that long....... I definitely liked it last night more than the first time I tried it. I think I was a little sick when I tried it the first time, however. Any advice on the pipe size/shape for this blend Jim? An apple, egg or author seems to work best. Also, this is one of those blends that needs a few smokes in the same bowl to bring out the flavors a little more.

Pushed the lawnmower until I ran out of gas (not the kind you keep in a can), and cooled down on the back deck swing with another bowl of Stirling Flake in the same Bonfiglioli I smoked this morning and a big glass of ice water. Time for a shower and a nap.
