Starting off with C&D Burley Flake #3 in the Dunhill Shell. Drinking coffee. What a nice pen! Is that made of briar? Yes, made for me by my friend and favorite pipe maker, Basil Meadows.

Uhle's Blend 00
Pipe of choice: Kirsten with the Bent System and XL Don Warren custom made Apple Morta bowl. I'm really enjoying my 2 bowls made by Don on my Kirsten. Well worth the price and a MUST have if you own a Kirsten pipe.

Last of of the evening... John Patton's Storm Front aged Over 7 years Pipe of choice: RDPipes ( Ron Powell BoB member ) Custom Made Devil Anse Pipe. Ron made this pipe specially for my smoking pleasure. It’s not only a looker, it’s a superb smoking pipe. I’m looking forward too the day Ron continues his craft 👍👍👍 Forgot about this gem and dug out some Storm Front with a few year's age and loaded up an MM Country Gent. Ted, I have a 7 day set from Ron and cherish each one. All of them are superb smokers. Here's to him and his journey back home! Darin, not only are Ron’s Pipes well crafted, he puts his soul into each and every pipe he creates. I believe they smoke superbly as well, that’s because he uses well aged Grecian briar. Looking forward to when he releases his next pipe once he’s settled back in Texas🎉👍🎉👍🎉👍

A friend of mine turned me on to cold brewed coffee. Its not the same as regular brewed coffee gone cold.
Cold brewed coffee is a really wonderful companion to a pipe. Like oreos and milk, a pipe and a cold brewed coffee each make me yearn for the other. A vicious circle.
Big pipeful of Blonde and a SToK Cold Brew Coffee, unsweetened. And I put the cell phone away.

My after lunch smoke is HU Old Fredder’s Broken Flake in a smooth straight early 1960s Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Braves have a 2-0 lead over the O's. Molly is persistently demanding attention, so she'll get it as always.

I don't like "No pipe smoking" Sherlock Holmes movies or tv-series and in the BBC where J.Watson's wife was an ex-Black Operator, trained assassin, marks-woman etc..etc..so i couldn't imagine such a mistake from the director. Ready to enter in a room with two fingers on the trigger? I am smoking Samuel Gawith St. James Flake in a Big Ben missing the Jeremy Brett [with pipe smoking] episodes.
