A chance to post here after a couple of days. Had customers wanting their airplanes inspected, so tied up for a while, can't ignore paying people. Now smoking C&D Engine 99, one of my favorite after dinner smokes in my #1 Iron horse stack. Remains of a glass of petite Syrah to help out.

Just finished a nice home cooked meal. It’s a dish I’ve made before but due to my living conditions I don’t cook that often. So, I took advantage of my time visiting family in Knightdale. Pictures and description will be posted soon in “ What are you eating “. Now time for another favorite...........
John Patton's Storm Front date on jar 2011 in my RDPipes Devil Anse. I have accumulated many pipes over the past 49 plus years, this Devil Anse is one of my top 3 favorites. Not for its beauty and superb craftsmanship, but for the way it smokes.....OUTSTANDING!

Guess it’s just me, but I find the new MacB Burley Flake a bit bland for my smoking enjoyment. So I took JimInks advice and blended these two together. It’s been a few days married together but I can not wait any longer to give it a try......
MacB BF & Old Dark Fired well blended together ( 75% BF to 25% ODF ) in a Mason jar being married together.
Pipe of choice: Original owner...my LHS smooth chubby Scoop pipe with a silver band and a wide stem. Superb smoking pipe!!!
PS I’ve been smoking this blend for about 10 minutes and I’m really enjoying the full bodied blend now👍

Okay, so shoot me......yes another bowl.....this time in a Cob 👍
MacB BF & Old Dark Fired well blended together ( 75% BF to 25% ODF ) in a Mason jar being married together.
Pipe of choice: MM Country Gentleman with a bent stem. Purchased a few of these pipes on Amazon for $10.79 each. Now that they are very popular the price has gone up a few bucks....such is life!
PS After sitting on the back deck really into this blend with a Cob all I can say is “ holy mackel there Andy “! If you remember that quote......your getting old.....Lol. “As Andy speaks... Kingfish, you betta get home before Sapphire beats you with a broom “!

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, but my throat is definitely feeling (almost 100%) better. I almost smoked something tonight, but will wait until after the Dr. visit. I'll join you all for a bowl tomorrow.
