I can't imagine the size of the block of briar that was needed to fabricate that pipe. Nice pipe, though. Churchwarden-ish length.

That's a beautiful pipe. It does look light but is it not a difficult clencher?
Or did you just clench for the photo?

It’s extremely light at just over .5 ozs on the Postal Scale. I don’t clench, I have a mild gap between my upper and lower teeth and I really like my pipe stems to naturally hang there, if they don’t I hand hold them. banjo
