One of the best things about getting a tin of tobacco is that hiss/slurp sound when the vacuum is released.
It's so satisfying.
It's on a par with cleaning the fluff of the tumble dryer filter or peeling the plastic film off a new mobile phone.

When I open a fresh tin of tobacco I try and keep it as close as possible to my nose. Itβs that first tin aroma that wets my palate πππ

Nothing like that whooshing sound of a nicely aged tin being opened.

First waft out of a bag of fresh ground coffee If you like that smell... This really fills the bill, and with a little nic kick! Fresh from the shower, before you can put the coffee on, and then with a coffee pairing...a great way to start the day!

Is it a gimmick blend or is it actually good?

I'd have to agree with that one. It's not a gimmick at all. It smells exactly like a can of coffee.

I also like the sound of the tinking of jar lids on my newly filled tobacco jars.

Not sure about pipe tobacco marketed as such, the container I posted was Snuff.

I have the Peretti's Coffee blend and it has little coffee smell and no coffee taste.

Same for me, Ted ... too grassy when fresh for my tastes.

How does the flavor change? I am curious as to how long to age different blend types. English VaPer VaBur

That 2004 Escudo looks yummy. My 2013 Escudo has started that color turn and smokes just great! As mentioned above harshness/edge has gone.
