Half and Half w/Perique in my Edward’s Pickaxe. AJ I love the pickaxe shape. I have a pickaxe Altinok Meerschaum that I haven't smoked in a while. Keep forgetting to put it back in the rotation.

Popped open a tin of 2011 Royal Yacht. Despite the comments to the contrary, I am quite enjoying it. Only have a couple of tins in my modest cellar but will be on the lookout for more.

It’s another day with the beginning of a well known quote:
Edward G Robinson
Of course, I started as a collector. A true collector. I can remember as if it were only yesterday the heart- pounding excitement as I spread out upon the floor of my bedroom The Edward G. Robinson Collection of Rare Cigar Bands. I didn't play at collecting. No cigar anywhere was safe from me.
Edward G Robinson pipe blend
Pipe of choice: Charatan Supreme 18kt gold band straight grain #1. Purchased this pipe a few years ago at a garage “ non-Estate “ sale for $10.00.

Been a while since I've had C&D Burley Flake #3, so I decided upon some in the Stanwell Sixtus 224 pipe with the last of my growler of Block 15 Fluffhead Hazy IPA along side.

AJN #3... an excellent blend personally made by a member of another forum and was generously gifted to me. Must have used a superb Burley with a light sweet Latakia. It has a Rich Dark Chocolate note with a nuttiness in the background. Absolutely NO bite if pushed. Can be an all day smoke!!
Pipe of choice: Aldo Velani smooth Pot with an Octagonal shank and a slightly bent wide stem. This briar has a stunning grain and is absolutely flawless.

Loading a Nording with Piccadilly to smoke out back on the bulk head. The wind is really kicking off the lake this morning and those thick walls can take the abuse. Waiting for the espresso maker to finish brewing Komodo Dragon. A little later a trip over to the local dairy is in order for some cream and some cream cheese. Wishing everyone a great day.

Pipe of choice: RARE restored to mint condition by me......Made by Master Pipe Maker Pierre Morel Sr. hand Made/carved Bullmoose pipe with a slight bend to a very comfortable stem. This pipe is truly a work of Art. Pierre was also a fine sculpture, some of his fine craft is in the Louvre Museum. His son followed his Dad’s craft of fine hand made pipes.
