Now smoking HU Old Fredder’s Broken Flake in a smooth straight early 1960s Lane era Charatan Executive Extra Large stretch apple with diagonal channel cuts on the lower right and left of the bowl along with a black vulcanite double comfort stem. This pipe was formerly owned by actor William Conrad. Ice water and bergs is my evening drink.

Sutliff Dolce de Leche in a brand new Australian cherry wizard - warden with a twig stem. It was a wild hare purchase on eBay. I got 2, but this is probably the only one that I will smoke. I have at least a dozen Ropp Cherrywood pipes, but I have never smoked one from new. It's a different taste to start, but I think it will break in fine. Iced tea on the side.

Sutliff ERR Match fresh. Air dried for over an hour, seems good to go! Pipe of choice: restored Olde London Algerian briar with a slight bend to this comfortable stem. An excellent smoking pipe from this Chubby piece of briar👌👍👍

Peter Heinrich's Curly Special in a Marcus cob. Temp has been in the 90's all week, so got a gallon of sun tea going on a regular basis. Over ice, there is no better thirst Slaker for me when it gets hot (a lesson I learnt down South).

Had some cult blood red moon, which he had procured... Fantastic tasting stuff. Tasted like smoke, but cherry smoke!! Hey! You're making progress, LL! Then had Presbyterian mixture. A lot like emp to me. Uh oh, back to square 1.
