2012 Tudor Castle in my cheap, but much cherished, Uhle’s Bulldog. One of the finest fold and stuff Flake pipes I own. A premium smoking experience doesn’t necessarily have to come from an expensive pipe. AJ

A third of the way through this bowl of MacBaren Three Nuns Yellow in a 2018 smooth straight flame grain Basil Meadows Merchant Service "Bing" replica with an aluminum band and black ebonite stem. A bottle of Cheerwne made with pure cane sugar is my drink. Doing some research for an upcoming project.

Well can't say I'm even a novice when it comes to critiquing briar, but perhaps my lack of experience was evident enough that the person whom I went to for a "good" pipe selection practically gave me a few honest gems. A 1920's manhattan with some very "economical" for the 20s silver banding wise, but the briar still looks great,a 70's Edwards Algerian briar which is very slick for a dowdy pipe, and a unique chacom champagne

Cult Blood Red Moon. Didn't intend on trying this yet. Due to a bad seal on the tin I grabbed a pinch before putting it in a jar.
Not a big fan. It's not bad, it's just not for me.

Lane Andullo dated 2016, the year I first purchased this fermented blend. I’m really enjoying this blend in a good Cob, it’s okay in a briar as well. I’ve had the privilege in the past too also smoke the Dominican & Brazilian versions of this fermented blend with cigar leaf. My favorite is the Brazilian, then the Dominican and Lane’s version third, but definitely worth while enjoying Lane’s version a few times a week, at times.
Pipe of choice: MM Country Gentleman pipe that’s dedicated to any fermented blends 👍👍👍

very nice shape on that pipe! Thanks, M'Lady. Indeed it is; Sixten Ivarsson knew what he was doing. The Ford is a sub-brand and the Stanwell proper (no. 70) was one of the six shapes chosen for Stanwell's 50th Anniversary set. The first edition was in a mahogany box with brass corners, for the Patrician collectors and the second edition was covered in (faux) suede for us Plebeians. Of course I could afford neither.
