Greetings fellow pipers! We are on for July's pipe club meeting, Saturday, July 14th at 1 PM mark your calendars! With the hot Sonoran summer, it should be a great time to have a cold drink and gather'round the table, and peruse the offerings at Big Sticks fine Cigars. Pipe club member Jon is still in Qatar helping in a support role to defend our nation, as we think about the 4th of July, keep him in your thoughts and prayers as he is away from his family. All are able to attend as long as they are of legal smoking age in Arizona.  |

Initially, we thought that enough members were out of town that we might suspend the meeting for this month. We did a roll call, and although 3 or 4 of our regular attendees are traveling or had commitments, we still managed to have a good group together, with two new attendees!  At 7:00 going clockwise, Christopher, Rost, JohnR, Mike, Gary, Dan, my empty seat, and Robert. A great time! I finally got to try Michas cake from Motzek.... phenomenal!, and scored some squadron leader with Perique... Thanks SCF Dan! |

Looks like a solid group. I don't know if he showed up but I pointed a guy from Speak Easy to the club last week. He said he knew George from the Ye Olde gang.  |

While I'm very new to the group and was on the road today, it's great to see such a gathering of pipe and tobacco enthusiasts! We may be in the minority of Current Group Think, but we know better.
