A pipe smoker never has enough Cobs, plus the one you just purchased is a great smoking pipe....I see many more in your future.....your hooked👍 Oh, they are well worth the price, enjoy.

Actually, for what it's worth, just about any Ceasar Salad I've put in a cob has smoked beautifully, but Burley ones are for sure. |

Or the diplomat 5th ave. Neither of them sits correctly without modification to the base. The weight distribution is just way too stem heavy for that. A few minutes with a belt sander and a bandsaw will give it an angle to make it sit well. |

If you look at some of the custom cobs on etsy a lot of those folks will angle the bottom of a straight general or 5th ave diplomat to create the proper sitting balance. I'm guessing the plug would still be minimally in place since theres so much dead space under the shank in those two styles. |
