Ever so often I Google myself to see if one of those "Find a Person" websites has me listed so I can remove it. Well today I found a listing in Pipedia, I thought, "that can't be right", maybe someone is posing. So I clicked on the link and sure enough it was me and I thought "How the Hell did that get there?" It was a copy and past job from my website but, just the same very flattering that someone would add it to the site. I reckon that means I need to get back to making pipes toot-sweet. But, I'm afraid it'll have to wait a while longer till I get back to Texas and settled in again. Hoping the person that put it there maybe see's this and knows how much I not only appreciate what they've done but, how utterly flattered and flabbergasted that I should share a place on a site that occupies many of the masters of pipe making. I just hope I can live up to their and others expectations.

I just hope I can live up to their and others expectations. You already have here. I got rid of half my briar collection since you made that Canadian for me. It was always way above the cut, never under consideration. I've got a Rhodesian in mind when you get back to things. Good to know it's being commissioned to a famous maker.

Your way TOO kind sir but, I think you mean infamous.
And I look forward to making a Rhody for you sir, in the not so near future sadly. Having to save up for everything I left behind will take a bit more and I'm looking at March of next year before I can move. But, Lord willing it might just be sooner then I think, been selling off my pipe collection a little at a time and it's been helping quite a lot.

They were all damned beautiful, with a wide variety of shapes. I hope you get back to that soon

Congratulations. That's a great accolade, and from what I can tell, well deserved! Bask in your glory for a few minutes anyway.
