Stan, what do you think of those hardwood pipes? I never had one but they look good. Any issues?

Well John I have tried the mini Ozarks I couple of times and they smoke well and they are a perfect size for a small , quick smoke in the morning or even during the day , I have only had them a day and they are my favourite pipes, thoroughly David Thoreau , in philosophy, these are plain, simple , elegant yet have a quality feel. I will try the "full size " country gentleman this evening, but I love them already in the way I loved my Missouri Meerschaum corncobs for all those years. They complement my Pear Polish & Ukrainian pipes very well. I have some quality Briar pipes from the classical school, but these pipes are my stoical philosophy. I could imagine Diogenes puffing away smoke on one of these mini Ozarks in Alexander's face as he told him to budge out of his sunlight. I have four mini Ozarks of cherry & maple each with amber & black "stems", & two country gentlemen , with a straight Amber & bent black stem. Highly recommended for the philosophers out there, also they are very economic , I will not bother with a Dunhill, after these treasures. For those not familiar with these wonderful pipes they are Missouri Meerschaum brand, mini Ozark mountain hardwood & Country Gentlemen hardwood pipes. You will not smoke anything else especially if you are an American patriotic gentleman ( or lady) , God bless Uncle Sam & the American Dream , pilgrims ! |
