I got the Ferndown back from Al Jones yesterday. Al did a great job cleaning and polishing the pipe and stem. It's a big pipe and feels great in my hand. It smokes like a champ too. I'm not sure what to call the shape so if anyone knows please share it with me. Thanks.

Nice one, I'd call it an Apple but, I'm sure someone else may consider it some other kind of fruit or vegetable. Shape charts nowadays are always conflicting and changing, so it's what ever you want it to be sir.

That's a nice looking pipe, John. That's the first Ferndown I've seen in a while that doesn't look like a jaw-breaker. It's nice to see Al's work too. He cleaned up that button nicely, eh?
