Reminds me of a Stanwell but the stem looks a bit thick for one.
Really no telling, there's been a lot of no name pipes made for shops etc.
If it smokes well for you I say, just go with it.

Looks like a nice piece of briar with a plateau. If it’s on eBay send the seller a message asking if he can do better, you never know. The price of $40.00 is not bad from what I can see in the picture. I own over 30 no name no markings on pipes, most are good to excellent smokers. Does the seller describe the overall condition and does he/she take returns? I have a no name Custom made Lovat pipe that smokes superbly. To me it looks like a Scott Thile design, might be a second with no name?  ? I’ve posted it prior and will now so you can check it out. Was unsmoked and I paid $30.00 shipped from eBay a few years ago. Also has a beautiful grain.  |

Jack, personally I think you did very well. Once you receive the pipe smoke it a few times and post your thoughts. Too be honest if I needed another pipe I would have paid $40.00!!! Hope it’s a great smoking pipe for you...congratulations 👍👍👍

At first glance, it does look like a Stanwell. Hard to say without any stampings.

That looks like an awesome pipe very beautiful nice straight grain looks pretty tight and to $30 I would be very very happy to own it |
