Right here, at "Buc" Beach. On the stairs over the dune, on the flat 2X10 hand rail that is bent into a perfect 60* reclining angle. Drop my son at practice, cross the street and puff away while checking the waves. Peterson System 312 w/ Dunhill EMP.

inside, only in smoking room behind kitchen, more storage than anything with all of wife's "planty/garden" crap. Door closed so not much latakia reaches da Mrs.
Outside, only yard pipes & light with Zippo with pipe insert. Any place I want to. Hell with them anti-smoking Nazis...wouldn't blow smoke in anybody's face 'tho

Lady M, I really miss my 2 favorite smoking lounges back in NY 👍👌👍 Both B&M’s serve alcoholic beverages after 5pm, plus the camaraderie. If you were a member and had your own cigar humidor you could BYOB. The late night pizza, their with a good bottle of Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 1996, superb year. Only year that was even Superior was 1985, I’d rate that @ 100 points!!! I use too also be a wine snob/connoisseur. Also as well for rare vintage Ports👍 sounds fabulous! unfortunately in our county an establishment that allows smoking cannot sell alcohol, and vice versa. this law was made to save those poor people who could only find work as bartenders did not have to be subjected to second-hand smoke. riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. however, the fellas at the lounge keep their own beer in the fridge and their bourbon in their lockers so they can imbibe as they smoke. they are even kind enough to share with others. we have a 1st rate group at our lounge. Aren't you from WV, Lady M? I thought you could smoke in bars there... PA still allows it. Not that I go to bars anymore. |

I was going to say- I was down visiting an army buddy last summer and we smoked. Now that I think of it, we went to the casino, so it may not apply there?

I was going to say- I was down visiting an army buddy last summer and we smoked. Now that I think of it, we went to the casino, so it may not apply there?
whereabouts in WV? it is possible that county is more lax, or the casino people have enough weight to get an exemption because their patrons spend lots of money there and want to smoke. our lounge was actually grandfathered in. under the new law, technically it would be illegal to smoke there, but he had been around for quite a few years and some big shots in county government frequent his humidor  |

He was working in Wheeling, so I'm guessing it was Wheeling Island. He lives down in Ripley though. Believe it or not... 
I remember back in El Paso, many bars would have a tent-style roof with walls that could be removed in the summer, so technically you were considered to be outside and could smoke. Infuriating. Just the thought of a bunch of whiny yuppies coming into my place and telling me I'm bothering them... Alas, I'm too old to be boozing it up at the bars anymore anyway. It's just loud and cramped... I'd rather hangout at camp or on the deck with a few people I actually like, so until they outlaw smoking in my yard, I'm content. KNOCK ON WOOD

ah, that makes sense. Ripley is about 4o minutes away. Yeah, we aren't into bars. i prefer my back yard with a fire pit. |

Actually happened........about three months ago.........
Smoked on the floor after banging my darn head on the door
Don’t think I missed a puff, but cleaned those burnt embers off me and the floor. Thinking back, it was quite 😁 funny 😁
