Normally the back garden, or, during the autumn and winter months, in my garage. It's not pretty but it works.

in the backyard in the shade during the morning, or in front of the firepit in the evening, or at the smoking lounge when I can get there.

Lady M, I really miss my 2 favorite smoking lounges back in NY 👍👌👍 Both B&M’s serve alcoholic beverages after 5pm, plus the camaraderie. If you were a member and had your own cigar humidor you could BYOB. The late night pizza, their with a good bottle of Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 1996, superb year. Only year that was even Superior was 1985, I’d rate that @ 100 points!!! I use too also be a wine snob/connoisseur. Also as well for rare vintage Ports👍

Lady M, that’s where BYOB comes in to play👍 It’s time your County/State re-writes an old law that’s been on the books for years. In the State of NY there is still to this day a Law on the record that “ if “ enforced over 8,000,000 people would be in jail. It’s a law that can NOT be stated in an open forum, only in the privacy of your own home with the significant other in your life👍

Every where I go except my wifes personal car. Not because I can't but out of respect.

Mostly when I'm working on something on the computer or playing a game.

My back patio when the weather allows (going to be 114 tomorrow) and, recently a couple of times, at the AZ Pipe Club meetings. Indoors, A/C, with other pipe and cigar smokers - it's absolutely heavenly.

There are 3 cigarette smokers in this house. My pipe tobacco is my part in a better smelling environment. It's a rough job, but someone has to make the sacrifice, lol. A wise man once wrote " smoke what you like and like what you smoke ".

I'm not allowed to smoke indoors either. (Except when my wife is out of town, I do it anyway.) Mostly I enjoy a good bowl out on my front porch. I have a small table, and a rocking chair. Reading while smoking a pipe is also very enjoyable.
Out with my muzzle loading buddies, we light out pipes or cigars around the camp fire swap lies, and solve the world's problems.

In my car to and from work (45 minute commute). On the back patio when weather is nice and in the garage when not.

Out on the deck in the summer if the adult kids aren't around (no, they have no idea I'm a piper and would be aghast if they knew), or in my ManCave/Studio next to a window with a fan and a Lampe Berger. That's pretty much it so far.

My mancave is a condo apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I was divorced 23 years ago, so I smoke whenever and wherever I want at home and no one bothers me.

In the winter: my garage or my local b&m lounge. Summer: my back deck or back yard
Aros I my car on occasion.
Walking the dog is a good smoke spot too.

Outside, sitting alone. Quiet. Preferably observing some nature. I get into a bit of a trance.

Nice, who could resist a few hours in a place like that.

Generally on a patio or deck, depending on time of day. Wife is ok with my smoking aromatics inside, but the English and Virginias are definitely outside smokes.

Still enjoy my porch smoking...sometimes in the shed where I tinker and hammer a lot. Small house and wife is allergic so inside is never a place for me to smoke...also puppy coughs when smoke is near her...so I keep it away from the baby girl.

Best for me is when I'm out and about, early in the morning. Also, sometimes I'll set up a fan blowing out of the living room and smoke in my recliner while watching TV.

I can say the best bowls are the ones on a drive immediately at the beginning going there and at the start of coming back.
There’s nothing but open road and the sounds of your puffs of smoke filling the vehicle .

I'm finding myself getting a bit bored of sitting on my back patio (maybe its just the terrible weather we've been having). I've thought about going to some parks, but I figure smoking is no bueno there. Once the weather improves I'm looking forward to getting out on the canoe for some fishing and smoking.

A walk in the forest or on the beach is where I like to have a pipe. I also think it would be cool to go camping in the mountains and to sit beside a campfire smoking my pipe.

The only one I've never done is smoke while in a boat.
