Steve, I’ve noticed you smoke a lot of HH vintage Syrian, also figured you had enough on hand for life, good choice 👌👍 Unfortunately, since I smoke it in my pipes that hold 8 grams, it ain't enough for life if I live as long as my father did.  |

Walkman got it all wrong.... when you start a thread like this, you ask:
“What is your desert Island blend?”
Then we can all rag on you!
For those that are new to the hobby, the desert island question is often asked and the howling starts,,,, NOT THIS AGAIN!
Not on this forum, but I have seen it elsewhere...
I tried thinking of a favorite, and I can’t.

That question does tend to enrage some folks. Personally, I've never had a problem with it. It's kind of relaxing actually, as long as it's a tropical island complete with amenities; food, water, and Mary Ann for instance, but I digress. |

My Dad was a Marine, in good shape, he passed away at the young age of 57, massive myocardial infarction from smoking cigarettes! I’m now 9 years older then my Dad was when he passed at age 57! I sit back while smoking a pipe and ponder my thoughts often. |

I'll contribute to this one, since if I had to pick a favorite it'd be one that doesn't seem to get much attention: GLP Caravan. Maybe it doesn't get much attention because it's lousy and I have bad taste ;-). I like anything Balkan-ish though, and to me, this is the best I've found!

McClelland #2015, the best tobacco never put in a tin IMHO. 4 pounds in the cellar; however, I have plenty more of #5100 which could be converted rather easily.
