Amphora Original date on jar 2014
Pipe of choice: the custom made Billiard pipe called The Melting Pot. I made this pipe 2 years for my smoking pleasure. It’s a pretty darn good smoker, Algerian briar over 75 years old.👍👍

So, I need to ask ^^^^^^^ how is ShortCut to Mushrooms? It’s one of those blends I smoked one bowl a few years back and don’t quite remember how much I enjoyed it. I know your actually smoking dried mushrooms in this blend. What’s your opinion? Is it worth another trip down memory lane?

I like it. It's different. I dont smoke it very often. But its sweet, creamy and smooth. Once in a while I pick up some earthiness, but not often.
If you'd like, I'll send some to you so you can try it before deciding to buy more.
Maybe Sam will give a review on it. I sent him some.

I went to smoke earlier just as it began to pour. I quickly made my way to a coffee house with an outdoor bench covered by scaffolding. I was there for about 90 minutes. I smoked a bowl of Shortcut to Mushrooms in a 1954 Dunhill shell Canadian with an acrylic stem. I've never quite smoked anything similar. roadsdiverged @lonecoyote, it is earthy and I sensed the mushrooms. It's unique and I cannot wait to smoke it again.

Sam, can you smell the aroma of mushrooms in the blend you have? As I remember I was given a small sample a couple of years ago, the aroma and taste of earthy mushrooms were present....or am I going nutzzzzz? PS It’s so unique from all the hype lately it’s out of stock!!!

I don't think there is mushrooms in it lol. I like it enough that I bought a pound and have about 12oz left. Its smokey, sweet a bit earthy and spicy it also burns pretty cool unless you tend to be a faster cadence pipe smoker. Definitely buy again!
