My fault... they had sent an email that went to a spam folder. Since I have it shipped to my work, they were unable to do age verification.
I broke my own rule about not complaining before investigating.

I was going to suggest giving them a call👍 I was able to complete age verification with them over the phone, no Internet transfer of documents containing potentially sensitive information required. |

Like high, we are PayPal can you please send us your drivers license....that would never work with me as well. So far they have not pulled that stunt on me, I’d be gone as well. |

I have ordered lots of tobacco from them over the last 9 months or so. No problems whatsoever--and it is always packaged so that it could survive a fall from low earth orbit. Just sayin'....

Just curious--is this age verification a PayPal thing? I always use a credit card and have never been asked to verify my age.

Possibly, Tobacco Pipes stated a federal regulation requirement when I spoke with them. Pay Pal stated it was a relocation issue in my case so I assume the two are unrelated. |

Good point! When I registered for the site, I accidentally put my billing address the same as my shipping address which is my work. He said that it is a one time deal. |

When I registered for the site, I accidentally put my billing address the same as my shipping address which is my work. He said that it is a one time deal. It was a one time deal for me as well and free shipping for over $75 was pretty hard to pass on with their current inventory when I placed my order. Glad it worked out Charlie. |
