… welcome from SE Tennessee...Enjoy the Patch! I'd check with local laws regarding where you can smoke...

Welcome to the patch. I live in Ireland so I'm useless right now when it comes to your question. I hope you find somewhere.

Welcome to the BriarPatch and I suggest ^^^^^^^^^^^^ exactly the same as Peter. Some parks no longer permit smoking....you can no longer smoke in ANY park in NYC.

Dial your operator and ask for the phone number of your local police station. Don’t dial 911👍

Warm welcome from the San Francisco Bay! Most parks have it posted if smoking is prohibited.

I would think any smoking laws would fall under local (city) jurisdiction--not the county. Does your town have a website? If so, you might find local ordinances there.

I hope a satisfactory solution is found, as this is a rather sad statement when you examine it.
