What a shame. Good stuff. Can't win them all I suppose. Good on them for taking immediate corrective action; however, they don't have anything I'm interested in for trade. I'll give them a call tomorrow and see how it goes.

...at least C&D has responded in a frank and honest manner...or seems to me to be so...I had hoped to order some myself but they sold quickly...many other companies would not have been as forthcoming...perhaps in the future, C&D will have something similar to offer.

Spoke with Smokingpipes this morning. They're sending a mailing label and issuing a full refund for all returned tins. Class act.

Contacted Laudisi this morning via e-mail this morning. They have already sent me a shipping label (have to print it out) and taken my order for replacements. Was told they would be in the mail asap. They were very gracious I thought.
