The broken flakes are quite moist and need to air dry for about an hour. Upon lighting I’m greeted with a mouthwatering citrus taste. It’s sweet and sour. I’m immediately captivated. It’s also spicy, but doesn’t bite. I would describe the citrusy taste as a combination of lemon and bitter orange.
It burns at a moderate rate. It’s not harsh, even when I puff repeatedly. Be warned, the bowl will heat quickly if you’re a quick puffer. The nicotine level is almost medium, and the taste/body is slightly greater than medium. It smokes well in briars and cobs.
Do not be discouraged because it comes in a pouch. These are high quality tobaccos. It may contain glycerol, but it does not interfere with the taste or burn. I suspect this will age well. 3.5 stars

Nice review...Would you place Original ahead of this one? I could always look back and see how many stars you gave it but that's too much effort.

Excellent review Sam, yup, it’s a high quality tobacco that definitely needs a lot of air drying if smoked fresh. I’m aging 4 pint sized jars and I’ll try the blend in roughly 2 years once again. Can only get better with age👍👍

Guys, thank you for your kind words. Your encouragement has been inspiring me. Legend Lover I really enjoy both of them. Personally, I don’t think I can say one is better because they’re different types of blends. But that’s just my opinion. I think Original is one of the better pseudo-aromatic Dutch cavendish blends. The Virginia is also a excellent darker type of Virginia, IMHO. I know that doesn’t really answer your question. They’re both high quality blends. I’m going to buy a five pack and cellar four in a jar for a year or more. I’ll smoke the other now. 😀

Just stopped at a local Smokers Friendly Shop, needed lighter fluid and noticed the SWRA was on sale for $4.99....cheaperthan online. I bought the last FIVE pouches they had in stock. The young lady was nice enough to give me a rain check for when they come back on the shelf, very happy😜😂😜😂😜😂

Those come in regular shipments from Zeta Reticuli. The Reticulan all male cast of Swan Lake never looked so good as when I introduced them to the color pink. It's become their official color for the Grznik Festival. Even their pet Zlinches get dolled up in pink for that.
