It’s coming back a little at a time and selling out fast. Smokingpipes had some just over a week ago and it flew off the shelves. Get on their notify me by email list immediately 👍👍👍. Also I recommend tobacco pipes and cupojoes email me lists as well....good luck.

If your looking for Rattray’s Bagpipers Dream it’s back on the shelf @ 4Noggins, plus only one other blend of Rattray’s to choose from! They are coming back in stock slow at a time. One needs to look on a daily basis when you have time!!

I believe there was a temporary slow-down of all blends made by K&K and others (like Presbyterian), but that there's a new distribution deal and they should be regularly in stock. Coming on the heels of McClelland and the Dunhill news, people have been panic-buying and hoarding but once they see they're being restocked on a regular basis that should subside. Think the Bengal Slices - brief panic, crazy ebay prices, then they're on sale and always in stock at P&C a few months later. After a few Rattray's restocks, hopefully things will get back to normal.

I still haven't tried Bagpipers Dream. But, it's scheduled for the next order. Everything I hear is very positive.

After 2010 Bagpipers Dream was never the same nor close to the original. The younger generation of pipe smokers never had the pleasure of smoking “ the original “ when Rattray’s was made in Scotland. So for them most Rattray’s blends are enjoyable.

'Bagpiper's Dream' is one of two tobaccos that gets the comment from DW, "You're smoking that vile tobacco again". She nicknamed it "The Boudoir", but I think that it both smells and tastes great. .

I haven't tried many yet, but have some tins of their English blends I'll get around to one day. Something about the Bagpiper's topping gave me an instant headache every time I tried it, and instead of getting anything like a cognac flavor it was more like fermented wine and kimchi. Just weird. For cognac I'll stick to my beloved Pembroke.
