So I picked up this new, beautiful, rusticated sitter made by Sav's Rossi today. I was out to just look around for some tobacco, spotted this, and said what the hell? So far very pleased. I THINK it says 8442 on the bottom, but I am not certain. Clickable thumbs.

I like that classic shape. Having the Savinelli pedigree is a bonus.

I like that classic shape. Having the Savinelli pedigree is a bonus. It smokes and feels just like a Sav, too. The way its carved looks like a Sav. Even the etching on the bottom is classic Sav. Smokes like a Sav. Its just a Sav by another name, more or less. If you are looking for affordable Savs, THIS is the way to go.

I've always loved the billiard shape!!! I just don't get the same smoking experience out of a bent shape, unless its a slightly bent bulldog.

So pardon my ignorance, I thought a sitter was a shape that could stand up by itself. From the pics, it doesn't look like this pipe, as gorgeous as it is, can do that. Did I miss that day in class?

This pipe can, actually. You'll just have to take my word for it! I have several billiards that are capable of this... My GBD ones can, and my Peterson 606 can as well, which surprised me, actually.

Not believing it... Sanitize all 3 pipes and send to me for vetting...we need to get to the bottom of this! Throw in some Motzek Strang for fueling the tests...it is the only fuel that passes muster in the critical testing runs that the forum requires.

Nice, nice looking pipe. Being a Savinelli product, you've got a fine pipe! They make the FINEST production pipes made today.
