Just found out that Butternut Burley is in stock at P&C. Hate to do business with them, but this is a back order so...

Just checked: 4N is within a dollar cheaper. It pays to keep up with the price on this, as P&C sometimes has a set price, no sliding scale for buying more. In this case they jacked up the price to offer the sliding scale with the bottom price being exactly what the fixed price was. Anyway, really no diff at this time whom you buy from

I’ve purchased my Butternut Burley from 4Noggins back when Rich owned the business.....I have a few pounds jarred....it was sold under Hearth & Home....an excellent Burley blend that doesn’t break the bank like Peretti’s 👍

Between poor service with P&C and new ownership at 4-Noggins...you are taking your chances on getting screwed by one or the other. What happened to customer service? One lies and the other could not care less about your business...sad. I know there are others (vendors) and that will be where I will be going in the future.

Only placed 1 order with 4Noggins since Rich left and now owned by a gentleman named Jeff. I’ve sent 4 emails asking about different blends and not one of my emails was answered. So, you take it from there....good luck!

Well that is rather discouraging! Guess I'll pass, but for future reference how does Butternut Burley compare to 1Q?

I enjoy the Butternut Burley sold @ 4Noggins under Hearth & Home....it’s topped with a light vanilla....not over powering......definitely an aromatic and extremely enjoyable 👌👍

I didn't notice a vanilla, but I guess that is what it is. Ted, has a better palate I'm sure. I do know that I love it enough that I just ordered another pound. I smoke it daily and would miss it if I didn't.

I smoke it daily and would miss it if I didn't. Walt...this is from TR....4Noggins Butternut Burley. The vanilla is way in the background..... ” Imagine a blend of warm butter with just a hint of vanilla and honey, then add sweet nutty overtones to round out the flavor. After the bowl is done, expect a pleasant lingering sensation on your palate with no bitterness at all. Mild enough to be an all-day smoke, Butternut Burley leaves a pleasant room note sure to be a hit even with the non-smokers in the crowd. Butternut Burley is the perfect tobacco to introduce a beginning pipe smoker to the fine art, and is sure to be a favorite of seasoned veterans as well “.
