Is aperitif akin to a Christmas blend? I've never had a "Christmas Blend" of any kind, so I couldn't answer your question. Fair enough. I appreciate your honesty.

Surprised no one has mentioned Sutliff, unless I missed it. Sutliff Christmas Spice is sweet, spicy, a tad savory. Best Holiday Blend out there Sutliff Pumpkin Spice. Can be mixed with other blends like LC or Lane Hazelnut
Have never heard a complaint for either of them

I enjoy Peterson's Holiday Season. Still working on some from 2016. I don't believe they released any last year though. I hope that does not continue. They do. It was not released in the USA because of the fda's new compliance rules on "new" and "novelty" blends. You could buy it in Ireland and the UK. I was really upset about that. I replaced it with golden days of yore.

Just to piss you guys off, of course.

Park Lane blends were always available in tins as well. Give them a call and see if that’s changed??!! Never a mandatory 5 lb purchase was required. Paul Bonacquisti is their Master blender, probably the most overlooked blender of our time. His blends are stupendous 👍👍👍👍👍 PS Wilke tobacco’s are excellent, their Rum Cake is one of my favorites!!!

I haven't bought any holiday blends before, with the exception of McClelland's Christmas Cheer. However, this year I decided to be a bit more more festive and ordered two Cornell & Diehl Christmas blends: Golden Days of Yore and We Three Kings. Hopefully, these we be like finding a pony under the tree and not a lump of coal in my stocking.

One that I just tried fits the bill for a holiday blend is Stanwell Melange. It claims apricot, but (and I will review when more familiar) has a nutty and nougat component that puts it with Corn Cob Pipe & Button Nose. The apricot is cagey. You barely notice it, though it may come through as a stewed apricot. Good tobacco, but not 5 star.
Corn Cob Pipe and Button Nose may be no longer. I see the other two Christmas blends up, but not this one. Last year it came out in July or early August.

Heard from someone on here that C&D We Three Kings benefits from a year of aging, mine is hitting that mark this season. May be my goto. I have enough McClelland holiday spirit for 2, maybe three bowls. It was my holiday smoke last year. Would have bought much more of I had known, it's excellent
