First smoke of my new E.A. Carey 303. I stuffed it with Sutliff Lord Nelson and I may have found the replacement for Frog Morton original. Much better than the Peaches and Cream!

SPC Yakima Valley in my brand new Brigham. I guess I like “gimmicky” pipes, and putzing around with them. I’m drinking a beer (now warm) and giving my wife hinting glances that I would like a cocktail!

How’s the e.a smoking for you ? Too soon to tell. I’m going to try some SPC Seattle Nights in it soon because that tobacco gets a little harsh halfway through the bowl. The Lord Nelson smoked down to ash with just barely an increase in strength. I’m new, so I’m just messin’ around. I realize you can’t expect a pipe to necessarily “fix” a tobacco.
