Finally done with 2 medical appointments and 1 was 2 states south of me earlier today the 2nd here in town, got home moments ago and needed a pipe badly. I grabbed the first Limited Edition Reverse Calabash Corn Cob Missouri Meerschaum put out several years ago. I loaded the Wasp with some aged Mac Baren Dark Twist Roll Cake and I’m in bliss. The Danish style stem is something I added. banjo

Another Wasp worthy of praise. No real point in my post. Just a WWII history buff

You're making quite a buzz around here with your awesome pipes. I noticed that the reverse calabash are available online in the UK, but they're going for £74. If you're interested, @lonecoyote , check out www.mysmokingshop.co.uk

So you have an awesome collection of cobs as well, Banjo? Great stuff! And great cob! I quite like the wasp shape in briar as well.

I've yet to see a pipe from Banjo that isn't top notch!
I'd even bet if he had any falcons, they'd be awesome.

Paddy, Banjo has many stunning metal pipes, I’ve seen him smoke a few. I’m sure he will enjoy a few before he gets hit with cold weather.

I've loved all of your briar, mortar, and meerschaum pipes that you've posted. But, these cobs are what have impressed me the most. I'm not a huge cob smoker, but if I had the cob collection you have I wouldn't smoke out of briar again.
