I can't believe I have been out of it for this long. It has been 6-7 weeks since I had the heart surgery. It has taken this long so I can sit down to read and reply to the list.
It looks like I may start Cardiac rehabilitation tomarrow. I am not sure how long it will go. Each day I feel a bit better.looking forward to a healthy retirement.

Very happy to hear that you're on the mend. Slow and steady wins the race so follow instructions....except for the ones you don't like.

Thumbs up my man! After my Dad's surgery he had a new lease on life and turned out fitter and more active than his two sons, 25 - 30 years younger than him.
