Is anyone else a fan? I thought Breaking Bad was one of the greatest all time shows, but BCS is better. Have any of you been following this season?

I watched Breaking Bad and it's one of my all-time favourites.
I tried Better Call Saul with my wife. She couldn't get into the first episode so we stopped watching it. I've gotta start back at it. I fear I'm missing an amazing show.

Other then the History/ Dicovery channel or football and hockey , I’m not much of a TV watcher.

Legend Lover The first few episodes are slow. It sets the backstory in motion. I highly recommend trying it again.

Yep. I liked Breaking Bad a lot; complex plot lines and great acting. It was a real study in human nature gone wrong on so many fronts. Better Call Saul is pretty much the same theme but with a wonderful blend of old and new characters. I DVR the episodes for my binge watching pleasure.

Totally agree. BB was very good, but BCS is a top notch show. Well acted and I love the plot and writing.

I fear I'm missing an amazing show. The first season is a little shaky at times. It's still good but not the strongest part of the show. Season 2 and 3 are really good. Bob Odenkirk is a great actor who plays the role of Saul Goodman so well. You should be afraid because you're missing something great. The 4th season just came out and isn't online yet(I think) so I haven't watched it, but it should be good.

It's a show more people need to watch. I was hesitant to watch it when it was first announced. I thought it would just be a second-rate spin-off to get some money. I couldn't have been further from wrong. It's a great show. Haven't seen the new season yet. I don't have cable or satellite tv. Waiting for streaming. No spoilers, please! haha

I too really enjoyed Breaking Bad and have become a Better Call Saul Fan.
As I've mentioned here, on previous threads, we became "Cord Cutters" about 5 or 6 years ago...
Meaning we got rid of the dish and stream everything we watch via Roku boxes (similar to Apple TV or Fire stick).
The net result is that I ended up saving around $150 or more a month.
We have subscriptions to Netflix and Amazon, as well as having the Spectrum TV app on our Roku's. The Spectrum app gets us all of our local tv channels plus over 100 other HD channels, all for around 8 or 9 $ a month.
Blondie watches live tv on the Spectrum app daily. I have grown so used to not watching commercials that I hardly ever watch live tv, with the exception of sporting events and Fox Business News in the mornings.
The majority of what I watch is YouTube on the Roku. As a matter of fact, I'm watching Doug DeMuro on YouTube (on my TV) while I'm typing this and enjoying my pipe.
