Looks like the Pa tax package has passed. The cigarette guys are getting banged for another $1.00/pack but no mention of cigars and pipe tobacco. I'm holding my breath for the full report but it looks like we've escaped a huge tax increase.

Further to my last post. I don't know if this includes bulk pipe tobacco or not.
•Imposes a 55 cent per ounce tax on any loose and smokeless tobacco products
