One of my earliest bamboo shank pipes is this rusticated Acorn by Teddy Knudsen, keeping it smokey with some of the last of the 10 y/o Wessex Brigade. banjo

Another beautiful pipe with a bamboo shank. The maker nailed the shape of the acorn bowl, superb blast on the briar. I’ve yet to see any pipes you smoke look bad on you....lol. Glad your “ keeping it smokey “👌👍👍

Have to admit that a bamboo shank is one of the few "must have" pipes left on the list, and that is a great looking specimen.

Believe me antb, you haven’t seen anything yet! banjo If that's the case, I can't even imagine what's to come. Neither can I. The problem is, if Banjo keeps on posting these beauties, he'll have me do something irresponsible like pulling the trigger on that Sixten bamboo I have an eye on.
