I have sleep problems both from sighted non-24 sleep/wake disorder and chronic pain. I spend about 17 hours a day in bed but only 2 1/2 hours or so of them actually sleeping. That doesn't sound fun. I'm assuming everything is being done that can be done?

I have sleep problems both from sighted non-24 sleep/wake disorder and chronic pain. I spend about 17 hours a day in bed but only 2 1/2 hours or so of them actually sleeping. That doesn't sound fun. I'm assuming everything is being done that can be done? I appreciate the concern man. Everything from religious, faith healers, traditional medicine, nontraditional medicine, many medications, yoga, meditation, I mean, you really name it, I've done it. I know it is controversial but the best thing I ever did for myself, with all of my issues, is to participate in Timothy Leary's Tibetan psychedelic rituals. I am at peace with myself, my health, my world around me, and the inhabitants of it. I've learned that the best way to deal with my poor health is all just a matter of frame of mind and perspective. There's that, and karma corrects just about everything.
