The last bamboo shank pipe for the day is a 1 knuckle Pinched Egg Meerschaum with a Cumberland accent ring and Cumberland Stem by Fikri Baki, once again keeping it smokey with some Virginia no. 1 by Mac Baren. banjo  |

I have never seen a meerschaum with bamboo or a proper stem. Where do you find these things, Banjo?

Beautiful smooth Meerschaum egg which looks fabulous with the short bamboo shank and that perfect Cumberland stem👍👍👍

I have never seen a meerschaum with bamboo or a proper stem. Where do you find these things, Banjo? True...that's one of the drawbacks to meers...rarely see a decent stem on one. |

There’s a lot of discussion about a Baki being overpriced since there are other just as talented Meerschaum carvers doing work up to the same level of sophistication. However, as some of you pointed out none have a Cumberland stem or a proper stem as was also stated. It’s that extra step in completing a wonderful looking pipe and have so much going on and all of it just flawlessly, I would never hesitate to choose a pipe by Baki if it rings all the notes for you and I believe you will be very happy.
