This is their idea of gouging -- these tins were half this price before McClelland went bust.
(Indiana tax is like 20%)

Has anyone confirmed that any tins are available? I tried to buy some 5100 a few months ago from a different vendor showing in stock and was told his store was showing in stock only due to a Google issue. (And, I’m good on McClelland so have at it.)

When this stuff went out of production, any old retail pricing went out the window and is now meaningless. This place is selling for under half the price of what these are typically going for on the collector market now. |

A source elsewhere claims these stock #s have been reading these amounts for months.
So, the site may not be providing accurate info as to what is in stock.
The stock/site in question is popping up in various places on social media due to it's supposedly having these blends.
Curiously, I haven't seen anyone actually post that they have purchased any.
So, I'm skeptical for the time being.
I'm not interested in buying, I'm all good with McClelland products.
But, it would be nice if someone who IS interested in buying would report back what he/she learns upon calling that business.

Hi. Thank you for this thread.I like the original the least but I do like it and have some on hand. Since they aren't making anymore I'll be happy to buy at that price. Me and everyone else of course. I don't see an online order form, or an email address, only a phone number. I'll have to call him Monday. I'm guessing he will be slammed with orders. Hopefully he gets my voicemail.
This feels like an IPO stock offering or something. Everyone clamoring to get in early lol.

Ahh. Oh well. It happens to all of us. If you call let us know what you find, please. I'm not in the market for any of these blends, but my curiosity has been awakened. I am anxious to hear of someone actually confirming this stock is in hand....or WAS in hand, by now. |
