The other day the wife found a small group of Estate pipes for a good price.
In this group there is a Figural Meershaum
3- Peterson's- Deerstalker Jr, Mondale xl14 and a 303
3. Savinellis - 2 Adrias and the Roma 622
1. GBD- Pinner
And a name I didn't recognize, so while I was at Big Sticks I showed it to Paul Buza. He recognized the name and told me it was made by an Arizona caver named Jandrew the pipe was made in 1994 it is a rusticated pot. The carvers name is/was J. Andrew Kovacs

Imgur is free which was my big thing...really can't afford to spend money on a hosting site...and easy...even I, completely ignorant in computer stuff could do it. |

Your Jandrew could be the best out of the bunch. Jandrew / J. Andrew Kovacs passed in 93 but, Horace Dejarnett another well known Arizona pipe carver studied under him. Some of his pipes a pretty valuable. Nice find for sure sir.
