I go through upwards of 8 lbs of beans/month that I grind in my Rancilio Rocky for pour over, Bodum 6 cup French Press, Ecopods for my Keurig and espresso for my Ascaso Uno Professional, all drunk black thank you very much and the perfect accompaniment for a pipe. The machine:  The espresso in a Cuban style cup:  The Ryan Quagliata 4 knuckle bamboo shank with Dublin Strawberrywood bowl with a plateau Bullcap, keeping it smokey with Esoterica Cardiff. banjo  |

That looks like quite a narrow bowl. Is it, or is it just the camera angle?
I like your machine... I use an aeropress. That works well for me.

If you can get it....Ideal cuban coffee...found it on 8th St. in Miami 25 yrs. ago. Damn near all the "open windows" (those who know 8th St. will know what I mean) used the Ideal coffee....it is wonderful...I'm on my last pound and have to order soon.

I love espresso and Cuban coffee. I havent had either in quite some time. Looks like I'll be going to the coffee shop downtown tomorrow. No Cuban coffee, but good espresso.

I'm not sure if it's made it this far north yet. My dads side of the family is from Miami, so once in a while a family friend drops in with goodies.
