One of our club member brought this oldie to our club meeting last night. Orange flavored and very tasty. He wasn't sure of the age but we suspect it goes back quite a while. A very cool hinged tin.

John, does it state orange flavor on the tin or is it something your tasting in the blend. I’ve recently smoked a few bowls of Rattray’s Black Mallory from the 70’s, I pick up a distinct note of orange peel, quite like I remembered from the past many moons ago.
Definitely an Art Deco tin, great shape👍

That's a cool tin, but I'm more interested in the tobacco. Sounds like it would be one I'd like.

Peter Heinrichs Reserve Crue No. 2 has an orange topping, I am told.

It does, and it's subtle and quite good. I purchased some awhile back and enjoy it on occasion.

That is pretty cool John, Peter Heinrich’s /Heinrich was a giant in the tobacco and pipe world, every one of his blends that I have tried have been stellar... we lost a good guy when he passed.
The art matched the smoke, I am sure.
