I definitely agree with @deamatwist,if a thread or post offends you ,move on and ignore it.If there is another member that you are continually at odds with,ignore them.If you have allowed yourselves to devolve to personal attacks,well then scrooge has the most advantages solution.Just don't corrupt the conversation with your personal vendetta.I myself can get crossways with "blaming",if there is a problem, let's look for solutions.Some time we just need to laugh at ourselves and enjoy the things we share in common.

Do we have a “block” function if someone so chooses to do so? Granted, the goal is to have a forum where “block” is unnecessary.

Go to your privacy section. You can block a person's posts. Even if you click on a thread they started, their post will not show up
