Fantastic. It's the stem work that blows me away too. I've a couple of oxidised ones but I've never got them like that.
I suppose I don't have the right tools.

Dave, I’ve yet to see any of your restorations where when complete the pipe didn’t look like new....or even better. Hope you enjoy for many happy and healthy years of smoking pleasure 👌👍👍👍
