I see ebay is lighting up with Dunhill tins. I saw two tins of De luxe Navy rolls for $80 plus $25 shipping. Here we go. At least it's entertaining.

That is amusing. The same thing happened when Murrays stopped making it. That was what I cut my teeth on. I hear K&K will be producing the same recipes again. It has been well over 30 years since Dunhill tobaccos were made by Dunhill!

I haven’t even finished unloading my Esoterica stash, much less getting started on McClelland. Dunhill now, juicy.
Let it roll baby roll...

So much of what I smoke--especially flake (and broken flake) tobaccos--is made by them--Wessex Classic Virginia and Brigade Campaign Dark Flake, Fribourg & Treyer Cut Blended Plug, McConnell Scottish Cake and Scottish Flake, Astley's, Rattray's.........

LoL! Lighting up??? I only see three listing all from out side of the states. IMO Dunhill's long goodbye flooded the market and it will take a few years to see top dollar.

It seems like Esoterica prices declined with McMania, so hopefully the same will happen with McClellands when Dunhill finally expires. What a protracted death it has been, too.
(and by "declined" I mean that Penzance and Stonvehaven can be had for a mere $50-$60, rather then $95. The others seem to hover around $30 now instead of $50).

I'm sitting on my McC. You'll see it hit eBay a couple years from now. I'll be trading 100g tins of FM Cellar for guy's pink slips.

I remember paying $18 for a bag of Stonehaven any day of the week at CD every shop in town 😕

Have to wait and see I guess. The Rattrays Va blends were good and I liked the Wessex that is modeled after Edgeworth.

It ridiculous. Dude Hill has some alright blends, but they aren't anywhere near the quality of Esoterica or Germains. Anyone who buys any tin of Dunhill for the price that McC is going at is out of their mind.

It'll be even funnier in six months- year when STG comes out with all of the most popular blends renamed, but the same damn thing because they made it before anyways.

They've already done this in Europe under the McBaren label. I believe. SP says all the distributure details for the US are being worked out.

Wow, someone actually told me thatac Baren would be coming out with some Dunhill blends. I didn't believe them because it didn't seem like something Mac Baren would do. Maybe STG, but not Mac B. super interesting to know that person was telling the truth.

There's a lot of confusion about this. Fact is, Kohlhase & Kopp is blending the Dunhill clones and releasing them under the Robert McConnell label (Heritage Range). Already available in Germany.
